Posting and pinning this so it will be easy for others to find.
The glitter is easy if you have Photoshop.
Just create a new project, any size you like -
Fill it in white to make silver glitter, red for red, ect.
Then do the following
Filter-> Noise -> Add Noise
Plac ethe add noise settings at 25.5%, gaussiaan, monochromatic.
Then click okay. Ta-da!
More noise will make it have more white and black spots, less will add less. All depends on how much you want.
Really very simple.
Then just set that as a pattern and use your blending option on the parts you want it to be glittery. Just set a pattern overlay and use the glitter you made.
