How to create a Bundle.

1) Derive from a dummy bundle

2) When it asks to load compatible body pattern - load product80.clf

3) Sometimes it asks this twice - just type in the same thing yet again.

4) Save as - name the bundle and save it.

5) It will probably ask to load compatible body pattern again - just do the product80.clf again and if it asks again, type it again.

6)Submit product to catalog.

7) Now for filling out the submission -

Location: make sure to place the bundle in the correct bundle area - male or female.
Product Name: Name you wish your bundle to be called.
Description: What ever you want to be there to tell people about the product. This includes preview images and anything else.
Product Rating: General for stuff that anyone can buy - Restricted for stuff only access pass people can buy. Do NOT click mature - no one can buy it then!
Price: Set this at 100,000 credits - I know this sounds really odd but trust me, it comes into play later. Just set it at that for now, you can change it later.
Current Icon: Click Browse - find your icon that you made for this bundle and select it.
CFL File: Copy and paste the file into the space.
Compatibility: Check Female for Female - Male For Male
Derivable: Uncheck this
Key Words: Type in single words that describe your product so people using the search can find your item quicker - Say you did a black and red collection - type in black red - simple as that.
Visible: Uncheck this for now, you can go back later and make it visible.

Now Submit!

Okay, You have your bundle now but nothing in it -

8) http://www.imvu.com/catalog/web_make_bundle.php?mode=edit&parent_pid=xxxxxx

Place this in your web browser and type in your product bundle id number where the x’s are. So if you bundle is product 999999 - type that in where the x’s are.

Now that you are there, type in the product numbers of the items you want in the bundle. Say you want to add products 999991, 999992, 999993 and 999994 - type in 999991, 999992, 999993, 999994

9) Click Submit - if you have not set your price high enough it will not let you submit! This is why we set the price so high!

Now you have your bundle!

10) Go back to your bundles product page - click on edit settings - set the price to where you want it to be now. You can click on developer reports to see how much you are making to make sure you didn’t under cut your profits too much.

And you are done! Congrats! You just made a bundle!

Not a problem, big thanks to Ath for telling me about the link thing to get to the bundle and Azure for explaining just why in the I had to set my bundle price so high when first submitting it LOL. Otherwise I would still be lost.

Can i make a bundle without having to submit each individual item first? or do i have to submit each one separately then make a bundle out of them once they are all submitted? Because i just wanted to make a bundle with everything all packed in at once but not sure about how to go about doing that. Any help appreciated.

You have to submit everything by itself first and then the bundle.
